Dieting my pockets out a proportion


not necessarily bashing these guys to be exact but
Listen to me the world is moving so fast everyone wants to do everything fast, hey buddy take this pill and loose weight now fast, lose 10 pounds in one week. Listen to me its all nonsense its hoko poko, its shenanigans. How in the hell do u expect to lose so much weight when you pop one damn pill, you must be losing something else along with it, no wonder there are such an high influx of new diseases and cancers in the world today, we keep experimenting with our bodies and trying too hard to turn it away from nature. Look try the old fashion way simply exercise every week and lower what you normally eat. Don't need to starve your self, trust me if you normally have 5 portions per meal cut it to 3 and see what happens. Things pill poppers never usually tell you, they tell you take the pills and eat what you like lol are you dumb? Its eating what you wanted that got you where you are in the first place, excessive fried food, huge steaks, 1 pounder burgers with extra large fries, that large ginarmous pizza, hey look fat, sugar, and carbs are your biggest enemy if you wanna loose weight. Excess sugar turns to fat, excess carbs turns to sugar which then turns to fat, excess fat well that just goes straight to heart and kill you. Look if you really wanna lose weight go your doctor or a reputable dietitian and let them examing you r eat habbits or disorder in some cases and let them tailor a new moderate way for you to eat. Next step is the part thats up to you. You have to exercise there is no easy way around it doing sit ups alone is'nt enuff why are fat people so lazy, get up off your butt and go out and do some excersise get your cardio up run or take long walks guess what you only need 30 minuets a day at least 3 times per week. Its like that subway guy a lot a persons missed the exercise part a that advert, they think this guy drove to subway had a sandwich and lost weight, nonsense the dude walked there and thats why he lost weight exercise has never killed anyone at least not a small amount of it. take the challenge today and stopping looking the quick and easy way out it might just be the quick and easy way out a this world that we know
